lyrics
The invaders
Come ashore
Bringing false prophets
Those sons of whores
Demanding our surrender
These pretenders
Trying to usurp our throne
Unaware of how hostile
This land can be
Don't you learn
No matter what you blame
You are always defeated
Your King is always slain
Don't you see
The Picts cannot be ruled
Untamed Highland Beasts
Ready to be unleashed
Fear the Serpent
For we come from
The stars above
Under the guide
Of Capricornus
Our culture
Will never be erased
It appears you've joined us
As we walk into
Darkness
A world devoid of light
You've chosen poorly
For even in peace
We're ready for war
Land of
The Warrior's Cult
From Sumeria
To Pictavia
Final holder's
Of a dying flame
Without fear
We embrace death
Battle unhindered
For warriors return to the skies
Embrace it's glory
Or fear it's call
Tough times
Breed tough people
And we are no exception
There is a reason
Why even
After 1000 years
You can still hear
Tales of our conquests
Legends of our existence
Pictish Pride
Stems World Wide
Brothers of Mithras
Sons of Pictavia
Rise
Rise
Awaken from your aeonic slumber

as a black metal fan that also is listening to noise industrial I have to suggest you guys to follow the industrial path. this is much better than the rest.
reminds me of somatic responses with a touch of converter. 𝕺𝖛 𝕾𝖔𝖗𝖗𝖔𝖜

This album is SO GOOD! Truly a hidden gem. I love everything about this album, from the acoustic guitar playing to the gritty vocals. Kick ass metal album. DFusion

I'd say Havukruunu is the rightful holder of the Crown and the mantle of Quorthon. Epic choirs, vikingesque themes and tales from the other times, of the Finnish paganism back in the days before our ancestors were brought to the cross and forced to kneel while feeling the bloody sword of saviour on their throats made to kiss the hand of murderers who burnt thousands, tore down our holy places and took our holy days. Eyes teary I listen to these songs, never forgiving the crimes of the cross! Peikonmieli
Tokyo band contrast black metal's brutal complexity with shoegaze's abyssal grandeur, resulting in an LP that feels crushing, yet infinite. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 24, 2022

Absolutely strong, black and bitter, like a cup of good old coffee or a properly packed pipe of strong tobacco. The album won't let you go unless you listen through it since the very first minute to the very last one, sunken in the frozen obsydian abyss. 10/10. lanserger22
